Any reference in this Privacy Policy to “Slick Experience Limited”, “Slick”, “us”, “we” or “our” is a reference to the Controller.

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our premises and Site. Our Site may also contain links to other websites. Data you give us:

Without it, you will not be able to use payment services.
  • When you communicate with us, we collect your name and surname, full particulars, your email address, and any information about your communication. This data is processed for the purposes of providing you with a support service and in order to maintain accurate records of the information that we have received from you. We may combine the information provided by you with other information about you which is available from publicly available sources that may be relevant to your use of our Services, for the purposes of verifying your identity to prevent and detect crime and money laundering.

When you contact us through the form for general inquiries or Sales inquiries, we ask you to provide us with certain pieces of information, including your full name, email, phone number, and Skype ID. Please note that all the required pieces of information are mandatory and conditional to obtaining a response from us in such contexts.

Please note that, depending on the circumstances, you might be asked to provide further information. For example, when you approach us or have been approached by us either as our partner or client with regards to the provision of our Services as well as services provided to us by you and upon entering into a contract with us, you shall be prompted to provide us KYC data (by filling in the application form(s)). In this instance we collect the data you have provided us with, by submitting the application forms, and such data may include:

  • personal details of UBOs;
  • account signatory personal details (if applicable);
  • additional information such as personal information on PEPs;
  • any additional information as may be set out in the respective form(s), or privacy notices that will be issued and provided to you.

Careers – Open Positions

When you apply for a job through the Application Form in our career section, we collect the data you provide us with by submitting this form (that includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and Skype id). We can also obtain personal information that you supply to us within the “Message Box” of the Application Form along with that information which is disclosed to us through the uploading of your CV or Cover Letter.

Kindly note that the above-mentioned is just preliminary information that is required in order for you to trigger (should that be the case) the whole recruiting process with us. Please be aware that further documentation and information will be required after the submission of the Application Form, during the recruitment process (in accordance with its stages) until final onboarding (if any). This information is necessary to carry out the recruitment process in order to take steps to possibly enter into a contract with you.

Data we automatically or manually collect:

  • When/(if) you use our facilities and our website and the payments service, we automatically or manually collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and to allow us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of our Service and in preventing fraud.
  • When/(if) you access or use our Services or website, we collect information such as your personal details, IP address location, information about the device(s) and the browser you use, and details of the web pages you have viewed. When payment services are used, we collect information related to payment transactions through our website including payment types, times and dates, payment amounts, payment type expiry date, Email address, IBAN information, and other related transactional details. This information is necessary for the provision of the payment services, to comply with applicable laws and regulations (such as anti-money laundering regulations), and for anti-fraud monitoring purposes.
